Shipping your package
WITHIN ITALY:
FREE SHIPPING with SDA (traced and insured shipping, 1-2 business days for delivery, except for the islands and Calabria that require 3-4 days).
The goods will be dispatched within one day of payment and delivery time shall commence from the date of shipment.
The courier delivers every day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday and Sunday excluded.

Upon shipment you will receive the tracking number of the shipment (traceable at any time on www.sda.it for shipments to Italy and abroad)
Upon delivery and before signing, in the presence of the courier, you should check that the package is intact and free of any damage caused by the courier during transport.
SunOnLens is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to errors in the shipping address.
The sunglasses will be shipped with suitable packaging to ensure they reach the recipient in perfect condition.
We do not assume responsibility for problems caused by the courier.
For shipments overseas to non-EU destinations the buyer assumes responsibility for any customs fees in the country of destination and shall notify
SunOnLens of any requirement for special documentation to be attached to the package.
Returns
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to Legislative Decree 6 Sept., 2005 No. 206, art. 52 of the Consumer Code, customers of SunOnLens may withdraw from the contract within 14 business days from receipt of goods.
This right applies to buyers who are physical persons and envisages refund of the purchase price of the goods minus any shipping costs incurred by the seller.
How to exercise this right:
Notification must be received within 14 business days by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to SunOnLens, Corso della Repubblica, 124 / A, 47121 Forlì (FC)
or
within the same deadline, by telegram or e-mail to info@sunonlens.com, provided confirmation is sent within the next 48 hours by registered letter with return receipt.
The method of refund is the same as the payment method used by the buyer at the time of purchase, unless another alternative is specified in the communication sent by registered post. This letter must also contain the codes of the goods you intend to return.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the goods reach SunOnLens in their original, complete state at the address we provide during the withdrawal process.
The right of withdrawal will not apply if the product is not returned intact, i.e. not in the condition in which it was received by the customer. After verifying that the item is complete and intact, that there are no scratches on the lens or any other sign that may suggest that the eyewear has been worn, SunOnLens will refund the cost within 14 business days minus any shipping costs incurred by us, which shall be borne by the buyer.
We recommend that you use a courier service that provides a tracking number to track your shipment.
